Marry Me Tampa Bay Fashion Show

When the Saltblock Hospitality Team was approached by Tampa’s online wedding publication, Marry Me Tampa Bay, to participate in their annual Wedding Week events we knew this was an event we had to embrace.

MMTB wedding week fashion show is an affair to showcase upcoming fashion trends and the opportunity to collaborate and bring many elements of both industries together.

The planning process to this elaborate fashion show began with multiple walk-throughs and meetings at the Saltblock managed event venue, Glazer’s Children Museum. The 6,400 square foot indoor area on the third level and 1,000 square foot rooftop terrace with sweeping views of downtown Tampa, Curtis Hixon Park and the Hillsborough River offered a mass of inspiration. Our event coordinator, Anggie Rocco, worked closely with Glitz Events to design the event and to select the best vendors to execute their vision.

Feeling inspired by 2017’s Pantone of the year, greenery, our team ran with ideas.

Our Chefs crafted a menu full of fresh and fun hors d’oeuvres to pass throughout the night and an interactive s’mores station to heat things up!

Offering the best view of Tampa’s skyline with it’s rooftop terrace and ceiling high windows, the Glazer Children’s Museum provided the perfect setting for the chic event.

Brides-to-be enjoyed Classic Mint Mojitos and refreshing mixologist crafted drinks prepared by our team before the runway show.

The event featured over 20 couture bridal gowns, a collection of bridesmaid dresses, and trendy suits for the guys, too!

The occasion brought future brides, fashion lovers and the community together! The fashion show will be a night to remember!
