Pricing & Packages

  • Our wedding catering typically ranges from $75–$250 per guest, depending on menu, service style, rentals, and bar selections. Every proposal is customized after an initial consultation.

  • Full-service packages include food and beverage service, professional staffing, event management, setup and breakdown, rental coordination, and all necessary equipment.

  • Yes. We provide tiered proposals based on service style (plated, buffet, stations, or cocktail) and can tailor pricing to fit your priorities and event goals.

Rentals & Add-Ons

  • Yes. We handle rental coordination for all essentials, including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and china. We partner with leading rental vendors to ensure style and quality match your event vision.

  • Yes. We’re fully licensed and insured to provide bar and beverage service, including curated cocktail programs, wine pairings, and open or consumption-based bars.

Staff & Setup

  • Yes. Every full-service event includes professional chefs, servers, bartenders, and event managers trained to SaltBlock’s standards of hospitality and presentation.

  • Setup times vary by event, but we typically arrive 2–4 hours before guest arrival and complete breakdown within 1–2 hours post-event.

Booking Process

  • We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings and peak-season events. Corporate and social events can often be booked with shorter notice.

  • Once we understand your event vision, we’ll issue a customized proposal. A signed agreement and deposit secure your date.

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit (typically 10% or more) is required to confirm your booking.
