No shortcuts. Just high-quality ingredients that nourish and satisfy. We cook with: olive oil and avocado oil, 100% avocado oil for small-batch frying, and Zero Acre sugarcane oil for large-format frying. And absolutely no industrial seed oils—ever. But clean catering is more than just what we don’t use. It’s about being intentional with every ingredient we bring to your table. That’s why we created the SaltBlock Farm— so we can grow the nutrient-rich, seasonal produce that makes our food not only better for you, but better tasting too.

Meet Our Farmer
Christopher Richard Jelesky
Before joining our team in October 2021, Chris was the farm manager at Jean Farris, a James Beard Award-nominated winery and restaurant with a two-acre garden in Lexington, Kentucky. He started working there while studying at the University of Kentucky, earning a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Agriculture with a minor in Business. Chris moved to Tampa, Florida, in 2017 with his wife Christina and two daughters, Pilar and Penelope. Since then, they have welcomed their third daughter, Poppy, and their fourth daughter, Pia.
