Choose Your Service Style —

  • A seated service where guests are served table side. Salads can either be presented or served. This service style requires the most amount of SaltBlock staff.

    Based on our Seasonal Menu, we’ll accommodate your guests’ dietary restrictions. We offer the option to upgrade to a duo plated service (two proteins on a plate) and offer a fully customized guest choice option as well.

  • A seated service where food is served in a large format. Guests take and pass at their own table, and salads can either be presented or served. All Family Style selections are from our Seasonal Menu.

    No guests selections are required ahead of time and less staff is needed. This serving style works well when kitchen limitations are present, achieving an elevated service within a smaller facility.

  • Guests are invited from their seats to make a plate at our buffet(s). Salads can be presented or served. All buffet selections are from our Seasonal Menu.

  • All Small Plate Station selections are from our seasonal menu. Salads can either be presented or served. Multiple stations are set up around the room with composed small plates from our Seasonal Menu. Guests can grab-and-go.

  • Stations are cuisine specific, thematic menus, that celebrate food from cultures and regions around the world.

  • A mix of Display Stations and Hors d'oeuvres to fit your event theme. Let us work with you to pull from all our menus to design a party that brings your vision to life.
