At SaltBlock, we believe great food should leave you feeling good— before, during, and long after the last bite. That’s why every dish we serve is made with clean oils only. No industrial seed oils. No shortcuts. Just high-quality ingredients that nourish and satisfy. We cook with: olive oil, avocado oil, and 100% avocado oil for small-batch frying. And absolutely no industrial seed oils—ever. But clean catering is more than just what we don’t use. It’s about being intentional with every ingredient we bring to your table. That’s why we created the SaltBlock Farm— so we can grow the nutrient-rich, seasonal produce that makes our food not only better for you, but better tasting too.
