SaltBlock Hospitality isn't a catering company that added venues. We built an entire hospitality approach around making sure every part of your wedding is held to the same standard — from the first farm-fresh ingredient to the last dance.
Our menus are seed-oil-free and chef-driven by Executive Chef Dan Miller, with ingredients sourced from our own farm and trusted local producers. Our in-house pastry and bread program means nothing on your table is an afterthought. Our all-inclusive packages bring catering, coordination, and every detail in between under one roof, so you're not piecing it together from six different vendors.

Six acres along Flint Creek in Thonotosassa, just off I-4. The property runs through century-old oaks, Spanish moss, and wooden bridges, with open pasture where mini horses and mini highland cows roam freely. Your wedding includes indoor and outdoor ceremony options, a climate-controlled reception hall, a firepit area, and private getting-ready suites. SaltBlock Hospitality caters every event here. The team knows the kitchen, the timing, and how everything connects.

Ten acres of tropical gardens, century-old oaks, and flowering grounds set inside SB Nursery & Gardens in Lutz. The property includes multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, a climate-controlled reception space, private getting-ready suites, and a landscape that shifts with the seasons. SaltBlock Hospitality is the on-site catering partner. Their culinary team knows this venue and its rhythm, which means the food and the day move together.
