Venue Update: Soire Estate at SB Nursery & Gardens

Soire Estate at SB Nursery & Gardens is the indoor/outdoor venue of your dreams. With a modern barn, rustic stable house, mature landscaping, open pasture, and proximity to Downtown Tampa, it's no wonder every Saturday this year was booked well in advance — but don’t let that stop you from reaching out! We still have many more open dates!
At Soire Estate, there are two main event spaces. The 4,320-square-foot pavilion, or barn, has whiteboard and batten with jet black trim and two oversized glass sliding doors. Inside, an entire wall of windows provides a scenic water view, and the twenty-foot knotty pine ceiling makes the room feel grand and welcoming. This space can accommodate 300 guests seated and even more standing. The recently updated men's and women's bathrooms are a short walk, right next to the other main event space, the stable house.
The stable house is open-air and full of character, with rustic wood from floor to ceiling and original stable windows. Nestled among lush tropical landscaping, it feels cozy and intimate. The stable house can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Additionally, several outdoor areas provide even more event space with great versatility. The sprawling green pasture with old live oaks can be used for games and other activities; a large paver patio is a popular wedding ceremony spot; and most recently, a cocktail garden joins the ceremony space and stable house. The new 1800-square-foot cocktail garden, added in the summer of 2023, includes a water fountain wrapped in Moroccan Zellige tiles, a covered slate patio, fresh green turf, and new landscaping.
And as if that wasn’t dreamy enough, SoireEstate is home to our farm chock full of organically-grown vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers. It’s not only a stunning backdrop to your event, it’s an opportunity to serve your guests a true farm-to-table dining experience!
